Excellent experience. The person that took the xrays, did the cleaning and assisted the dentist was outstanding. She was pleasant, gentle, and skillful. She explained all the tasks and checked frequently my tolerance to the procedure. She was very welcoming and had a pleasant smile on her face, making this visit a wonderful experience. The office personnel were nice to deal with.

I started off on the wrong foot here, there was a misunderstanding with a staff member. But, I cannot convey how important it was to them to make it right! There is a good team here, all working together towards one goal, and that is, to provide excellent service. Dr. Altima Karimyan is young, but wise beyond her years! She is a perfectionist, keeping abreast with state of the art procedures, which can save your original teeth. The doctor is very caring, and also works providing her time free at low income clinics. This dental group has excellent customer service skills . Starting with Edvin in the front desk is very accommodating and professional at all times. Mia is just so sweet . Linet and Kanita are excellent nurses . And Dr. Karimyan caring commpasionate and has excellent dental skills . I would refer all my family and friends .

My experience was extremely positive. Doctor Karimyan suggested great solutions to my dental issues that have not been addressed before. Wonderful, fun and caring staff. I am looking forward to my next appointment!
