Friendly staff nice experience :)
In brief, as I have submitted many similar reviews - my continuing care at Pasadena F,C&I Dentistry is still absolutely first class. This rating encompasses the professional, helpful staff, waiting time which is zero to minimal and cleanliness of the office. Everything one could hope for is there and I would not hesitate to recommend them for any of the services they provide.
As always, I am very pleased with the service the staff at PFCID provides. I am very happy to have found a dentist that's both personable and very good at what they do. So far, I have referred two people to PFCID and both individuals have been very pleased as well.
Edwin, who runs the show, took time, a lot of time, to explain things to me and to give me suggestions and options. he did this and still took care of incoming patients and calls as well as internal requests. this is a well run well managed roomy clean and comfortable setting. Designed for, on behalf of, patients - not, as in some other operations, for cramming paying customers into as short a time and tight a space as possible. nicely represented by the three professionals i encountered.
My initial visit was fine. Very friendly staff. Edwin told me that he has to receive approval from my insurance for a cleaning and fillings that have to be done on another day. So, get back to me when it's all said and done. Thanks.

I am glad we found this practice for my 2 year old daughter. My husband and I are considering to switch to Pasadena Family Cosmetic & Implant Dentistry as well.
As always Edwin and his wonderful crew are diligent and caring, putting their patients far and above what they are expected to. Mine is a difficult case to say the least but they are so positive and resourceful and I have no doubt that they will persevere until the 'mission is accomplished'. I was overall very pleased with my experience! When I called the office to make the appointment Edwin was helpful in informing me what I needed to do to have my insurance changed to be covered by P.F.C.I.D. and I was able to do so without a hitch. Edwin was also very patient with me and helpful when I accidentally left my insurance card at home on my appointment date.
