Awesome experience. Friday evening, I come home from work either right before or after 5 p.m. (within 10 minutes on either side, I don't recall exactly). No ac, Florida, July. Humid as all heck, 86° in side and my dogs wondering what the heck happened. Wayne was here within a half hour, had a bunch of tricks up his sleeve to make everything work for us. We ended up needing to buy a new compressor but he sure seemed to try everything he knew to avoid us having the extra expense. He was great at communicating what he was doing... read more
