Waited an hour, people walking in way after me going back before me! Terrible coustomer service
Perfect thank you for all the care Dr.Segaland his team I met a real nice person she was the one that took care of me till he came in I am sorry I can't remember her name but at the time she was having troubles with her hand very petite person we spoke about different things besides eyes thanks for making me feel at ease ������
With me being on oxygen and walker, I'm very slow. The staff is very patient with me and helpful. Dr Scott Segal is awesome! Thank you

As a nurse 23 years, I know wait times can be long, but I don't complain because I know sometimes it's a necessity. Because when you finally get in to see the doctor, you don't want him rushing through your exam either. I brought my dad to see Dr. Segal, after a bad experience, with Texas Eye Institute at Memorial Hermann. Dr Segal is very personable. Speaks well, and answers questions, with ease and is very informative. His staff is so polite and friendly, consistently! That is important! Busy, but a great place!

I love Dr. Segal, been a patient for at least 10 years. Front desk and staff are always very nice. They text you reminders that you are due for annual exam and reminder of appointment.
