definitely no. you can't just stick a thing in someone's face without telling them what you're doing and after i back away and say no ty, put the thing back in their face while informing them you're going to take their temperature. i don't care what you're doing you need to tell someone politely what you're doing and ask their permission. especially when they're paying customers and have been for years.

if you ever are worried about the eye exam, stop...don't worry. I've always said if i had to have eye surgery, they'll have to go through my big toe. The tech that did my procedure was spectacular! almost didn't realize she touched my eyehole! highly recommended for getting your eyeholes checked

yes I really enjoyed my visit there. everyone wore masks sanitary and all. my mother has FTD and the staff really worked well with her and understood why I had to be with her in the same room. the doctor was Great!!! very knowledgeable and really have the whole set up incase you need surgerys so all in one type of place. really saves you time and gas if you have to jump place to place. I absolutely LOVED IT. and all I'm going to do is wait on their phone call for the next set up visit. I recommend this place if your elderly ... read more
