Romantic and lush, Paru's outdoor dining area is filled with twinkling white lights and green trees that set a lovely mood. Rendezvous with the one you love to this intimate setting for some of the best Indian vegetarian dishes around. The menu consists of a variety of curries, samosas, fluffy naan and many other inventive and spicy specialties. The food is healthy and the prices won't do much damage either. Beer and wine are available and the selections work well with the food served here.

Amazing vegeterian/Indian food. Don't let the location and the fact that you have to ring the doorbell to get in - this place is fantastic. Nice portions that are perfect for sharing. Great secluded patio.
I've been going to PARU'S since my first day in Los Angeles in November 1985. I love the food (South Indian Vegetarian ) the family and the crew. PARU'S is one of those restaurants where you get into a conversation with folks at a nearby table and it's like you're old friends. My wife of fifteen years and I had our first date there. The restaurant gives you a feel of India in every way. Hospitality, ambiance, taste everything is Indian. Its not like other indian american restaurants where you get American version of Indian food. I liked the glasses they used to serve Water.
