I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience with Dr. Goyal. This was my third ENT and second procedure after a lifetime of issues. After meeting with him the first time for a second opinion I ended up deciding to stay with him despite the need to travel to get to his location. Dr. Goyal worked with me, explained all of the options and helped me find the best solution for me. This past year is the first time in my life I haven’t been sick or on antibiotics every other month!
Never met a more caring, involved doctor before. I’m very thankful I found Dr. Goyal to help with my sinus issues. High recommend

I’ve had two other sinus surgeries with other doctors in Syracuse and I had horrible experiences. Dr. Goyal took his time listening to me, and explaining everything that he was seeing. Surgery recovery was a lot easier this time around and he was always very gentle with his follow-ups. I can actually breath out of my nose again after five years! Can’t recommend him enough
I would highly recommend Dr. P. Goyal as a surgeon and as your medical doctor for ear nose and throat problems.
Every step of the way the Dr and his office staff were there to answer questions and guide me through the process and options that I had. Dr Goyal takes his time with each patient and makes you feel very comfortable before leaving the office each visit.
