Dr. Goyal and his staff are wonderful. He is a very compassionate and caring DR. which you don't find many of them these days. He cares about his patients and he has a wonderful bedside manner. He is very gentle and explains everything to you. In my opinion he's the BESTsinus Doctor in CNY. Thank you Dr. G
Excellent first time visit. Staff was very polite, professional, and friendly as was Dr. Goyal. His examination, evaluation and explanation with my wife and myself was easily understood. He provided options for treating my condition and my wife and I were truly impressed. I would recommend Dr. Goyal if you have any associated ENT problems.

I have seen Dr. Goyal several times for diagnosis of anosmia and other ENT issues. He is a compassionate and caring doctor with real respect for his patients.
My wife has been treated by Dr. Goyal quite a few times for her "really bad" nasal polyps and he has been absolutely FANTASTIC. He removes her polyps right in the office and allows me to be in the room with her and watch the removal process on the screen. Obviously, it's totally PAINLESS as my wife doesn't so much as move her baby finger when he removes them. As far as recovery time - There is NONE - We go shopping and to dinner afterwards. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Dr. Goyal.

I was referred from a previous patient of Dr Goyal and ended up buying him a case of beer afterwards. I have seen multiple ENTs over the years and I have never been as satisfied as I have been with Dr Goyal. He’s knowledgeable, courteous and professional. His staff is trustworthy, personable and timely. My surgery was a smooth process and explained thoroughly. Aftercare was exceptional and supportive. The care and service is well worth the commute from Utica. One of the best ENTs in CNY!
I have nothing but good things to say about my entire experience with Dr. Goyal. This was my third ENT and second procedure after a lifetime of issues. After meeting with him the first time for a second opinion I ended up deciding to stay with him despite the need to travel to get to his location. Dr. Goyal worked with me, explained all of the options and helped me find the best solution for me. This past year is the first time in my life I haven’t been sick or on antibiotics every other month!
