Great place to get parts for your vehicle/s
Employees at the front desk hardly understand the questions I'm asking, and give nonsensical answers for things that they don't understand. This location has gone far downhill, I don't recommend anyone use this location, especially if you have ANY questions for the staff.
The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. The front desk staff member seemed completely uninterested in her job. She showed no interest in helping customers, didn’t greet anyone with a smile, and came across as if she was only there to get through the day. I came in looking for a few items, but instead of trying to help, I was simply told, “We don’t have it,” and “Go there, go here,” with no effort to provide proper assistance or offer alternatives.
