Today, I was in the store and given the wrong part. I don't blame the sales guy as we were chatting and distraction is a real thing. When I called to let them know, Chris went out of his way to get me my correct part before they closed. And I didn't have to go back into the city. Thank you so much Chris we truly appreciated. 100% customer service
I'm getting super frustrated stuck on this loop of endlessly selecting my store availability. 🤞 Completing this review will open the door to that on attempt #10. I'm certain my interaction with the humans at the store will be way more seamless. Note. This review is not a reflection of the staff but the website.
