Hot day for a Swap meet! noticed a sign that said "Keep the Parking lot clean", but there were not trash cans!!!! Except behind the barriers. We did well at the swap meet though!
I’m just starting out on home audio and I recently bought a 10in sub for a new box I spent hours designing. When The sub arrived it was defective and it was a little irritating because I’ve was ready to use it, so I gave parts express a call and amazingly had great customer service and sent me a replacement right away. I have bought many other speakers before specifically Dayton audio because of the outstanding quality and performance of there speakers. Horrible experience. Sent a spool of wire instead of a platinum battery terminal..when the bag the spool came in even had the part number for the terminal..and a clearly wrong spool of wire... Called and was told essentially too bad...we can send it out at our convenience. My customer is furious. Will not be ordering anything from this company again. It takes few seconds to double check orders before being sent. Quality control obviously is not a concern.
Had an odd part that I was having trouble finding. Competitively priced and arrived a day earlier than was expected. Also love the nifty little tool sent. Great customer service.

They keep selling me parts that simply do not work... got the sure bluetooth. it turns on and shuts right off... does this over and over...
Purchased some replacement woofers for a pair of old baby advent speakers, shipped super fast and surpassed expectations! Thanks parts express for reviving a pair of speakers that would’ve been dead otherwise!
