I contacted sales@partsexpress.com and didn't receive my mail. About order # ******** I am the least satisfied. The speaker only looks nice but there is no good sound coming out of it. I feel I wasted my money on this order because, after the hurricane the Post Office that is closer to me is out of my reach... I will not recommend Parts-Express thank you. One have to stop buying from China-cheap, cheap = crap, crap!

RecommendedI've always had a good experience ordering from here. My only thing is they've always shipped through UPS & I've had problems with UPS finding my address for whatever reason in the last couple years.
Stay away! I placed an order for speaker fabric. The invoice I got in email had the wrong address. I called immediately and was assured it would be corrected. It clearly was not when the package was shipped to the wrong address. I called again after delivery and was told that the shipping address could not have been changed per policy and whoever told me that was wrong. They said if the package was found I could have it sent to a shipping hub, no where near where I lived, or they would wait to see if it was returned to them.... read more

We deleted an old address from their database. Somehow the order got sent to the old address. No one at parts express was helpful and they put it all on us. We Tried to pay for express shipping. It was indicated this was possible. It turns out they sent it sure post via ups and it didn’t even come close to the date it was promised on the website. There was no way to track the sure post order. And now the item has been delivered to the old address. If that person at the old address isnt honest and keeps it then parts express ... read more
