I would give the site 5 starts but I'm a Canadian customer and the shipping prices are absurd. I almost never buy from here as there are other sources US based that ship up here for less than half the price. Not sure what gives.

Finally got a partial refund on my order. The rack rails were lost in transit due to very poor packing which allowed the rails to tear through the box and disappear. The only item that arrived was a small bottle of rack screws BUT the refund was only for the rails, no discount on the shipping charge of almost $8 which made that one EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE little bottle of screws! NEVER AGAIN!
I rarely take the time to leave a review, but I was actually shocked by how great a shopping experience Parts Express was. Not only was what I bought less expensive here, I received the item the next day! I think I literally said, "no way," -- in awe -- even though I was by myself. I know a business has very little control over delivery times once it leaves their possession, but the fact that I ordered it late Friday afternoon and it was at my house Saturday, shows there was no delay in processing and shipping my order. Buyers beware I recently purchased two $3.99 items from a company (Parts Express) in the USA. Postage for these items ($22 us) to Australia was added. The items were sent via Ebay global shipping and another $24us was charged by them. Two $3.99 items finished up costing me over $50 au. I will never use a company that use Ebay global shipping again
