I ordered some parts but PE sent them to another customer and wont answer my order questions.

I had two problems with my order, 1 my fault (ordered wrong quantity), the other not (missing items). Not only did they correct the missing items, but they let me order the forgotten items too without having to pay for shipping a separate order. It's the small things that really make a big difference. The parts were also high quality and reasonably priced. 10/10, will order again.
Being up front about the outrageous shipping to Canada. Paid more then what item was worth to collect it in Canada . Could not return it unless I paid another $60 to receive it to ship a cheaper method back. !! DO NOT BUY if you're from Canada
They have an amazing selection of all kinds of stuff. They handle shipping errors and damaged product promptly and go above and beyond in taking care of you if it happens. I'd recommend them to anyone looking for loudspeaker parts or electronics parts.
