The office staff here is very uncompassionate and will not take time for you as a patient. Due to fetal abnormalities, I was supposed to receive a referral to UAB which was apparently forgotten. Five days and multiple calls later, I have yet to hear back from a nurse. My baby's life is at stake and the staff cannot be bothered to fax a sheet of paper or even to return a phone call. If you care about the health of your child or yourself, please go elsewhere.
I went here with 2 of my friends for their appts an when I became pregnant I chose here bc they were pretty good with them. Yes the wait is long but all dr office I've noticed take a while. We'll I am 30 weeks now an everytime I go I sit in the waiting room for almost 2 hrs! An I swear I have the worse dr an nurse! Neither one of them can EVER answer my questions I feel like they are always rushing me. An this is my first child an they have RUINED my first pregnancy experience. I had my first appointment with them last Tuesday and I see Dr.Madden! I love him! He makes me feel comfortable and will answer any questions I have! This is my third pregnancy and he doesn't make me feel stupid like the last doctor I had! Love them so far!
Dr Harbin is the absolute best and the staff is great as well. You wait maybe 20 minutes in the waiting room, but once you're called they make sure you don't sit in the back all day. I've never been here over an hour. #firsttimemom
Steve Madden is the best OBGYN he delivered two of my precious blessings!!!
I ABSOLUTLY love Dr. Madden. He is my Doctor and we were blessed enough to have him on call and deliver my son! I am pregnant again and praying he gets to deliver this little boy too! He is the most personable doctor i've ever had the pleasure of being a patient to and he does his job thoroughly! I have had nothing but great experiences with him the past 3 years.
My Dr.Harbin the best. He has been my GYN provider for almost 30 years. Love the staff
