Unhappy with my current OBGYN and was recommended to call this practice. When I got the call back I assumed I’d be making a new patient appointment but was actually told I needed to stay where I was. I was shocked. Blessing in disguise.
I absolutely love my doctor there. However, the front desk there does not communicate well. They are very abrupt and rude when you call. I have been trying to get my Pap smear results for three weeks. I talked to a girl named Emily on the phone today who proceeded to tell me to call down when I was telling her about the run around I’ve been getting. Very unprofessional and I have still yet to find out my Pap smear results..last I heard they lost “my results” but still don’t know for sure because I keep getting the run around... read more

If you’re in an extreme amount of pain and it’s an emergency don’t expect to be seen. They diagnosed me by my symptoms without an exam. I called back in pain and they told me to go to the ER. With the coronavirus going around I refused. Today will be the last day I deal with them. Very disappointed. I get an emergency=ER but this was something that could have been done in office in 15 mins and there was 2 people in their waiting room when I went to get a shot of antibiotics.
I absolutely love Dr. Patterson. She has made this whole pregnancy a better experience. I love her positive attitude and smiling face.
Dr. Patterson has been the best doctor. She has a great personality, she listened, she made me so comfortable, and she diagnosed and fixed my issues. Thank you so much Dr. Patterson!
Dr.Poist was amazing my whole pregnancy! He delivered my baby 2 weeks ago and it was the most easiest delivery ever.
Dr. Poist delivered all three of my children. Fast forward years later, I’ve had to see another doctor in another town a couple of hours away because I can never get in with this office when I need to. Meanwhile, I’m having some issues and need to be seen and would like to make an appointment here but this office basically told me to go back to my other doctor because they have enough patients 🤣. Ridiculous that this clinic has the monopoly on OB/GYN patients in Tuscaloosa because they are the absolute worst.
Dr. Green is amazing. She delivered both of my girls, encouraged me to follow my wishes of having them naturally & referred me to an awesome doula as well.
