I saw Dr. Mentel for my annual checkup- while I was there I told him I had a yeast infection so he proceeded to do a test. A few weeks later I got a bill from the lab for $978 dollars because of the "test" he requested and because he didn't code anything as preventative. Since then, I have tried to speak with him about filing a corrective claim and he refuses to see me, speak with me or simply change what he did. $978 for something that can be treated over the counter.... Dr. Poist is my favorite. I used him with with my first pregnancy and such a great experience. I really wished he was available this pregnancy.
I love Dr. Green, I have been seeing her for years now. She has always taken the time to answer all of my questions. Recently they made an error with filing for my insurance for a surgery and they took very good care of me for their mistake. The wait time can sometimes be very long, but a lot of that is due to things out of their control.
Exciting experience i must say.........................
I LOVE DOCTOR MENTEL. HE IS THE GREATEST. ALL THE NURSES AT PH&P ARE AWESOME
