I have gone here several times and have always gotten excellent service.
If you have insurance, but your deductible is high, avoid going to these people. They have charged me extra (more than they would charge someone with no insurance) only for submitting paperwork. Basically I got a $80+ bill and when I asked about it, they explained to me that I have to pay more because I have insurance and I presented my insurance card before my visit. My daughter was sent home from school with a fever and sore throat. We checked in at 11:55 a.m. and were out with a strep diagnosis and an antibiotic prescription by 12:20 p.m. Office staff was nice and helpful and the medical staff was exceptional!
Didn’t realize the front office staff were doctors! Worsening symptoms and refuse to help until 2 more days have passed, I’m simply concerned I’ve had no relief, NONE, in 3 days of treatment and developed a new symptom yet apparently I’m “expecting to be all better in the prick of a finger”. Very belittling. Only after begging did this ‘front office doctor’ say she’d leave a message for the nurse. Excellent place! Reasonably priced, very friendly staff, not a long wait at all ��� then doc spent time with you asking questions then discussed treatment options!! �� this place! Even though i felt awful, the office is very calming & comfy! �And my shot didnt even hurt!��lol highly recommend !
