Very rude receptionist. They act like your bothering them when you have a question Office has no sense of urgency in patient matter. I was told different information by each person. No communication amongst the office employees. The front desk staff has no idea how to bill insurance. I am surprised that this establishment has not been investigated for insurance fraud. HUGE thank you!! Great doctors and staff!! I was one stressed mom when I realized my doc office closed early and my little one needed to be seen. Your staff treated me like a frequent patient and took care of my little one. Thank you so much for going over and beyond!!
While I do have a Primary Care Physician, I am so glad to have the clinic as the stop-gap between my regular physician and the emergency room. Their extended hours and Saturday hours are wonderful, their fees reasonable, their personnel have always been kind and professional and the clinic itself is a comfortable environment. SO much better than the emergency room!
Dr. Parrott is an excellent physician.
Do NOT believe this Medical Clinic when they say they are a "Family Practice". They are urgent/convenient care only! When returning to this office for a continued skin allergy, sinus issues and possible thyroid issue, I was told that I needed to find a Primary Care Physician due to my issues being chronic conditions. The PA told me they are a urgent care for acute conditions, regardless of how they bill or what I was told repeatedly by the office staff. I was very disappointed in the treatment I received by the front desk staff. I came in for blood pressure issues and never been to the clinic before, how was I supposed to know their policies? Front desk staff might also want to watch how loud they talk when discussing how pissed off they are. Very unprofessional. Once I made it back, my blood pressure was 189/117 and I might have spent two minutes with the doctor. Will definitely be going somewhere else.
