Dr navas! Is a great Dr I couldn’t ask for a better obgyn. All of the obgyn I have seen always made me feel getting pregnant was impossible and it was me that was the problem! But not him he sat me down and made a plan for me and made me feel more confident about having a child. I’m so glad my dr sent me to him forever I will stay coming to this office!
I was very nervous seeing a new GI specialist due to a rare autoimmune I have. Dr.Chaudry and his GI practice team were wonderful though. He spent so much time with me and was so extremely knowledgeable. He explained things in a way that no other GI had. The two front desk staff members and check out were extremely efficient and professional! Thank you Parrish!!!
Made me set up a patient profile and gave reassurance that they accept my insurance then 4 days before my appointment they call me to tell me they don't take my insurance when I asked multiple times and was instructed to go to this location I could have been seeking another place in this whole month of wasted time on a very serious health matter they did the same to my parents as well not too long ago. I'm deeply upset.
poorly trained office staff and non responsive staff when dr or aprn is out of town etc .I understand that they have had staffing issues but they should never make it the problem of the patient.
Very kind and very caring staff. While getting an iud placed Dr. Navas made sure I was good at all times and repeatedly checking on me during the procedure. Even the person assisting him was caring, she was faning me as I got really hot and dizzy. Definitely the only place I’m going for all my ob/gyn needs.
