I had a very difficult extraction of a broken tooth together with the root canal and surrounding bone. Dr. Parrella was gentle, meticulous and reassuring throughout the 1.5 hour procedure. On top of that, after the novocaine wore off I had no pain nor swelling whatsoever! If you need an oral surgeon, she is the best in the area.

I did three implants with Dr. Maria Parrella over the years because I trust her skills and the way she works. She is really good at what she is doing. She is meticulous in planning and execution. She is always patient. She explained everything to me in detail. She never rushed. She gave you all the time that I needed. She called me in the evening on the days when each major surgery such as extraction and implant was done to make sure I was ok. She has been on the NJ top dentists list for many years. Terrific experience! Dr Parrella is as good as it gets. I give her, and her staff, the highest recommnedation. She covers the gamut, smart, skilled, incredibly throrough, thoughtful... She keeps abreast with current practices and innovations. I would give her six stars if I could as she alwasy goes beyond expectations.
