Dr. Parness has been, by far, one of the most knowledgeable and caring physicians that I have ever seen. He diagnosed a potentially life threatening disorder in my wife that was missed by another highly regarded ENT. He has always taken the time and care to completely explain and discuss how, what, and why he does what he is doing, on every visit. Having multiple medical issues and numerous physicians that I have total faith in, Dr. Parness has a special set of skills that excel in every area of patient care and treatment.
It’s was my first time to see Dr Parnes. The office staff was very nice and efficient. They were able to get me an appoint right away. Dr Parnes was wonderful. He was thorough and told me exactly what he was doing. Then sat down to tell me what meds I was going to have to take. He didn’t rush in and out like most doctors today. I highly recommend him.
Dr Parnes is amazing not only extremely knowledgeable but very caring and compassionate. He treats you as a person not just a patient. He has helped me countless times throughout the years.Including sinus surgery. I have found his staff nothing but efficient and kind.
Even during this crazy Covid pandemic--he was open and willing to see me. I was able to get an appointment relatively quickly and his staff was very organized. I waiting in the car until it was my appointment and the office was very clean. -what a great caring physician.
Arrogant staff. They won't help me by calling in my prescription to a new pharmacy. Parnes allows this type of neglect. Don't go to hum.
I thought Parnes was ok but he allows his staff to give you the run around and they just don't care. How great can he be. I will see him shut down no matter how long it takes.
Dr. Todd Parnes is an excellent doctor. He quickly diagnosed my condition when all the other doctors I went to did not know what was wrong. He is the best. He is intelligent, knowledgeable, competent and caring. He takes time to listen and answer all questions. I highly recommend him.
my daughter suffering from pain and the attendant trying to rip me out more money... I had 5 visits, 2 wrong checks ... and today they decide to apply for other kind of visit in my healthcare and charge me $ 200 ( instead $10 copay )
Takes time and truly cares about his patients. Looks at the needs of the total person not just the problem explained.
