You know your in good hands with Dr.Parnes, the minute he walks into the office. He greets you with a smile and he explains in detail what he plans to do. He's confident, professional and very gentle. His front desk staff is awesome!! Eye contact, smile and very professional and friendly. Beautiful office & meticulously clean.
Dr. Parnes is one of the most compassionate, knowledgeable, intelligent and pleasant physicians I have ever seen. He is an excellent diagnostician and always spends a good deal of time listening to me and responding in a way that gives me complete confidence that I have indeed found the best ENT doctor. Figured out my problem when 3 other ENT's couldn't. Very impressed.
Dr. Parnes himself- competent, compassionate, patient-centric physician that I could not recommend highly enough. His staff- condescending, unhelpful, know-it-all, disingenuous collection of women that only care about revenue. Make no mistake, it is office policy to prioritize revenue over patient care. This Doctor was So Greedy for the Insurance Money, that he did my Biopsy procedure without using an Ultrasound machine which nearly cost me my life !! My Procedure was a biopsy and the results came back negative because he Did Not find the right spot because he did Not use the Ultrasound machine which was required. Luckily, I had a second opinion and had another biopsy done at a hospital, which used the Ultrasound machine and my results came back POSITIVE FOR CANCER !!!!!!!
