Eggplant fries are delicious! Carbonara was incredible... as was the Olive Oil Cake! Service was impeccable! Can’t wait to go back!
My husband and I ate at Parlor Market on our way home to Austin from Birmingham. The staff was SO helpful and friendly. Traylor took great care of us in the bar AND at the end of our meal the chef came out and chatted with us. It was a wonderful experience. We may have to make Jackson a regular stop when we visit our college freshman in Birmingham!
