The staff at Parkwood is genuine and truly want what is best for the residents. Transitioning to a new lifestyle is not easy for my parents but things improve a little each day. Their quality of life went up the day they moved in! They are enjoying quality meals, help with cleaning, fun outings, enjoying games and themed parties, help with errands, and feeling valued. I don't think this place is as horrible as other says, my mother is in this place. I visited her n all staff are very nice, just need to pay attention when a patient push call button for help. Soon she be out because we sure miss her at home.
Took good care of me in cardo rehab and the food was good for hospital food.
This place was a nightmare...feces on wall..no handycap. .holes in sheets..food a mystery. .nurses. .what nurses..was like being on survival island
Love the friendly people here, especially our loving Chapel family!
