I want to thank Kelsey for doing such an Amazing job with not just my baby Leo, my 14 year old morkie. She helped me with the whole process from start to finish from rushing him in, keeping me updated every step of the way and even let me hold and comfort my baby the whole time we were waiting for his results so he didn’t have to cry and be alone in the back. That meant the world to me and my doggy.She’s the absolute sweetest and amazing at what she does!
Would never go back! Waited for 7 hours with lethargic puppy. They took him in and did blood work. Had no idea why his white blood cell count was up. They never even did a simple urinalysis. Found out later he has been suffering with a UTI. Do not trust them.
I had to rush my 16 year old dachshund to the clinic at 3 am. He sneezed so hard he rolled out of his Non elevated pet bed and slipped a disc resulting in paralysis of his rear end. The tech was great, Vet too. They took the time to reassure me, explain treatment, and were extremely reasonable about options as he is 16 years old. I have used Parkway multiple times. Had to put two pets down here. Couldn't have been more caring and sincere in this aweful situation They also fixed my very sick Chihuahua, Repaired 2 dogs from dog attacks ( separate times)They are very caring. Wonderful staff , the Drs are awesome!! Prices are very good for emergency services. Highly recommend!!!
Horrible experience! Vet tech injured my cat further that contributed to her being put to sleep. Took my cat there a couple weeks ago for a large open wound on the front part of her neck. Instead of removing the top part of the create (which the vet did after the incident happend) before I knew it the extremely impatient rude vet tech woman reached in & grabbed my cat very roughly by the back of her neck to attempt to pull her out & failed.
