Does not even rate 1 star. This has been the worst place I have ever lived. I can't wait to get out of here!
I used to love this place when we first moved in 3 years ago, but it has gone down hill each year in my opinion! On my way to work one morning there was a 20 once half empty beer bottle on the ground by the roundabout, shopping carts parked around the complex, and kids running around with no adult supervision, etc. Very disappointing, needless to say WE won't be renewing our lease when it's up. Hope things get better, because it once was a wonderful place to call home.
WAS nice when we first moved in. Management went downhill and the allowance of large dogs combined with replacing the playground with a "dog park" (and no restrictions on how vicious or noisy the dogs could be, apparently) made the place feel a LOT lower rent. Not worth the $$$, even with the awesome pool.
