Terrible communications with the office. Maintenance staff overworked. Dog poop everywhere. Water bill ridiculous. Staff doesn't seem to care, flooding in my apartment, not addressed, needed to call 911 to get resolved. THIS PLACE SUCKS!
Horrible place, loud, dirty, overpriced. Water bill is outrageous , truly a rip off, dog's poop everywhere, there is no consideration of others wanting to have peace that means you may find yourself living above there garage where some horrible neighbors have a barbecue in the middle of the night, cursing, drinking with kids that act like animals. Please don't spend your hard earned money on this place. Do yourself a favor. Trust me.
