This dealership has Offered poor service at an unreasonable price! I bought a BRAND NEW suzuki forenza from parkway. I was told that if i have any problems to bring it back and they would handle all warranty work, as well as normal service. Well pretty soon the check engine lite comes on, so i make an appointment to be seen. Little did i know, they charge $37.50 just to read the computer code (that autozone reads for free) and tell me it was a clutch position issue and they just reset it, and hoped it wouldnt come back on. w... read more
This dealership is quality people with quality service. We were traveling home from North Carolina, hit the snow storm last night and had an alternator die on our Ford Ranger. We pulled off in New Philla and they helped us. We were able to leave our Ranger to be repaired the next day and they rented us a car to get us home. We have purchased two vehicles from them and their service and personal touch is exemplary.
