Drove 3 hours to get there. They waited until our family got there at closing to tell us that we were denied. Then called us the next day and said we were approved and expected us to drive all the way back again with oir 3 young kids. Poor customer service. Very uncaring
Come to find out this truck has frame damage reported. Was still interested but non negotiable on the price considering the frame
I have no problem or anxiety leaving my vehicle in the care of the guys at Parkway Suzuki service dept. They are fast working and know what they're doing. I have never had issues with them and they're very flexible when it comes to working around my busy schedule! Took my car in for an oil change, decided to replace a light bulb while I was at it and it didn't take more than 20 minutes altogether including the bulb being ordered. I am very satisfied and grateful for them taking care of my car.
Don't purchase used from here unless you plan on getting a lot of work done. Just bought a 2008 Chevy Silverado and had to have $2300 worth of work on it to pass PA inspection.
