RecommendedRIDICULOUSLY PERFECT LOCATION! Community is a hidden gem! I have been a resident of Parkway Square for 6 years. They have had management companies and staff come and go, and with that I've suffered at times. However, The staff that has been here the last two years or so is very professional, helpful whenever possible, and doing everything they are able to do to ensure a positive experience. Were to start, were to start... We vacated the Parkway Square property due to issues with your maintenance team and office staff. We called your emergency maintenance phone number at about 8PM on a weeknight because it was flooding into our apartment above the sliding glass door to the patio. Office staff is super sweet and the apartments are nice! The apartment complex is gorgeous and the amenities are kept up. I definitely recommend!
My boyfriend and I have been living here for about 2 years now, we love it here! Always happy to help when we need it and never had a problem if anything breaks or needs to be fixed, we would call the problem in and within an 30 or so down one would be at our down to fix the problem. Very quiet place and everyone is very helpful and friendly too. The pools always clean in the summer time and the fitness center is always open when I get off work late.
