I went for the first time on 2/4/16 and I waited 2+ hours to be seen. The waiting room was crowded and I asked two staff members if its busy because of walk ins and they said no everyone was appointments and they are always busy. I have a problem with facilities like this one that overbook patients only to have us sitting for hours as if our time isn't valuable. If I could give zero stars, I would. Please do not go here. Period. Jeanette from their front desk service was very rude and disrespectful towards my client and me. I called because my client had difficulty speaking English and I assisted to inquire about a concern. After Jeanette's rudeness, she passed it to the doctor, Dr. Kimberly Brown, whom was also rude as well. The Dr. gave poor explanation and had no patience to elaborate. This place is the worse!!! Unless you have at LEAST 3 hours to sit around and wait I HIGHLY recommend you DO NOT go to this place. The Wait time in the waiting room is at the least 2 hours, then once you finally get in the back you have to wait for another 2 hours. I had a 12pm appointment it's now 3:15 and I STILL DID NOT SEE THE DOCTOR.. as soon as I get home I am looking for a new eye doc.. there is no reason why someone should spend 4 to 5 hours at a doctors office.. I give this place a -10 on a scale from 1 to 10..
