Top notch service! Wonderful staff and informative doctor. Dr. Brown was so kind and patient with my family and we are fortunate to have found this office. The office is extremely clean and the equipment is modern. I am referring family and friends to Parkway Eye Care.
Besides the long wait, it was excellent service provided. The assistants are respectful and courteous. Everyone was greeted with a smile.

Excellent service from staff and doctors. The wait time was surprisingly not bad. It was actually quicker than I expected. The wait time has gotten a lot better...There's new staff and new doctors. I was in & out.
Over the many years I've patronized this office I've seen a steady erosion of customer service in the area of slow service. Today was the breaking point, after spending 2+ hours for what should've been a simple examination I've given up and will take my business elsewhere. When I made my complaint to the doctor she didn't seemed overly concerned and that is troubling. I wouldn't recommend anyone using these "services" unless you have nothing else to do but sit and wait and wait and wait
