RecommendedI faced my ultimate fears and went to the dentist needing a root canal yesterday. I was terrified! But the staff was beyond amazing in making sure I was comfortable the entire time! I even received a call from my amazing dentist this morning just to check on me and make sure I was holding up ok! I’m amazed💜 and I feel genuinely cared for! Though I don’t want to make visits for dental work frequent, when I do go in I know I’ll be well taken care of. Beyond grateful💜 Thank you!
I wanted to write a review to thank this practice for taking care of my daughter so wonderfully. She had some pain this morning that resulted in an extraction this afternoon... Our regular dentist is closed on Fridays, so I called the office at 10:00 AM, we were in with a last minute emergency appointment for 11:30. Amazing staff who were great with kids (a 5 year old who has never experienced dental work other than routine cleanings/x-rays). We were home and eating lunch by 1:16. I've had some issues with going to the dentist in the past. Not always my favorite place to be. When I went in to Parkway Dental Care today I explained my issues and talk to the staff. They comforted me and told me that anytime during the procedure we could take a break. I had a wonderful experience I would recommend this place to anyone who has fears or concerns with going to the dentist. Had a cleaning yesterday with Robyn, who did a great job! Then some work with Dr. Schneider and Taylor, everything went perfectly... I drive out of my way to come here as I know everything will be done correctly. Highly recommend for any dental needs!
Called this morning because I was having severe pain, had been all wknd. They got me right in, gave me treatment options and didn't try to sway me one way or the other. Very comfortable, friendly environment. I believe I have found my new dentist. Thank you all for being awesome :)
