I went there for dental cleaning twice. During my first visit, the dental hygienist flashed a light inside my mouth and told me this was to screen for oral cancer (we never discussed about this exam). My dental cleaning is always fully covered by my insurance but this time I get a bill for that oral exam. Paid $800 after insurance for a crown. a couple days later was in excruciating pain. Went back and was told there was irreparable nerve damage and was told they couldn't fix it. They sent me to an orthodontist. I had to have a root canal through the crown. Then parkeay sent me a bill for another $1400. Would not recommend.

Larisa is the best hygienist that I have ever had. The entire staff is very helpful, OUTSTANDING customer service.
Always fast and thorough cleanings each time I go for my appointment. Everyone from the front desk to the hygienist to the Dr. are always friendly and make sure the appointment went well. They all do a great job at explaining different treatment options either complicated or simple procedures
It was A very pleasant experience, staff was wonderful.
The staff at Parkway Dental Care couldn't be any nicer. Dr. Schneider and my hygienist, Heather, are true professionals and it's evident they are passionate about what they do. This has been my best experience in 'going to the dentist' and I would highly recommend PDC to anyone looking to become a new patient.
