Disappointed with how they handle insurance.
RecommendedI had my teeth cleaned by Diane today... she did a great job not only by cleaning my teeth, but also by telling me where she saw areas that needed special attention, and showed me how to best care for those teeth and gums. She was very gentle and thorough!! It feels so good to have such a great cleaning!!! Thank you Diane!!! 😊

Went to the dentist today for the first time in 5-6 yrs! Detra was my hygienist and she was AMAZING! So sweet and kind and helped me understand everything i didn’t know. The dentist was wonderful as well. Everyone was so kind. Will continue to go back and recommend to everyone i know.
I met Dr. Richardson when my mom accidentally broke her tooth while visiting us for Thanksgiving. They saw my mother within one day of calling for an appointment, on a holiday week. Dr. Richardson was very kind and professional when dealing with my mother and her accident. His office staff was also pleasantly professional and they put my mother at ease through the whole crown procedure. I called first thing Monday morning at 7 with an emergency and they worked me in and got me an appointment at 8:30, I was immediately called back and seen. Both the hygienist and dentist were great and got me in and out very quickly. I am pregnant and was in alot of pain, they took great care of both of us. Even though I was a last minute appointment I felt like a priority instead of an inconvenience.
