The sales team at Parkway is not our typical sales team. Me and my wife needed a new car so we went to parkway. Steve Rousseau was quick to greet us and went above were typical sale associates stop. Not only was Steve able to take our older beat up dodge Durango in as a trade, but he also was able to assist us in finding our new 2013 Dodge Dart. After going to several Jeep dealerships and dealing with many salesmen, I was ready to give up. I dealt with many rude salesmen and ones that didn't know anything about the 2015 Jeep. This was until I worked with Mike. He took his time with my husband I and we could tell he is very passionate about his job. He is very knowledgeable and caring. I will definitely tell my friends and family to see Mike when they are ready to buy a new car.

We were referred to Joe by a friend and now I understand why. Very personable and great guy to deal with. I'm pretty skeptical of people and tend to think car salesmen will "blow smoke" to make a sale. I didn't feel this way at all this time around and will definitly be a returning customer.

I lease my Dodge vehicles from and have them serviced at Parkway. The Service Writers (Alexander at my last visit) are always polite, prompt, and take care of the specific things that I request over and above the normal oil change and tire rotation. The Service Manager, Darren, is also available to discuss questions that I may have on service requirements.

Just purchased a new van from them. I had a pretty good experience. Sales man was very friendly (as expected), got us out of our current lease and into a new one for very little out of pocket and just about the same price. We did take our previous vehicle there several times for service. they did a thourough job and were very professional.

I have nothing but good things to say about Parkway. I bought my car from Suzie last year. She was very friendly, knowledgable and had a great sense of humor. Since then, any time I bring my vehicle in for service (oil changes, maintenance, etc.), the representatives that work in the service area are as friendly and courteous too...from the person that checks the tire tread depth, to the tech that logs in the work order to the cashier...no complaints. Get good service from the service department via Joe & Darren & parts department Dave. Nice comfy waiting area and suttles for me to take when awaiting repairs . Always a good deal ..... Have sent both my family members a a few friends in past few years for leases & buys good staff per their purchase comments to me.

Rick Service Advisor was very helpful in getting my new car back on the road after a dead battery and my new car is starting fine.
