Just purchased a new van from them. I had a good experience. Sales man was very friendly (as expected), got us out of our current lease and into a new one for very little out of pocket and just about the same price. We did take our previous vehicle there several times for service. They did a thorough job and were very professional.

Another great experience at Parkway CJD. This was my forth car from here with my good friend Todd. If you want a down to earth, honest, no BS guy, Todd is the one for you. Everyone has a "horrible" salesman story to tell, but It won't happen with Todd. I also want to thank Brian who is one of their sales managers for always taking care of me and my family. Just helped my significant other in acquiring a new jeep limited from parkway. I asked for Rachael as I purchased a crossfire from her 10 years ago. I'm a loyal guy. Anyway, she's nice to deal with and she teamed with john parry to complete the transaction. Also, a nice competent guy. A white jeep limited was difficult to find in local inventory so what we wanted was found in Piqua ohio, some 400 miles away. I am now a happy owner of a pre-owned Unlimited Wrangler and Mike Valencia is the man to thank. I went to what seemed like 500 dealerships and finally one who treated me with kindness and did not pressure me to do anything. Because of Parkview Chrysler, my first car is the car of my dreams!

Car needed a part which was not in stock, Service Advisor called and called many other dealers found our part and had to drive a long way to pick it up, have it returned in time for the service technician to complete the work needed prior to his day ending. This saved us from having to keep the car overnight and figure out how to juggle our cars around the next day with School, work and after work commitments

We live closer to another dealer but have had such good experiences at Parkway that we make the extra trip to deal with them. Salesman Joe has been very helpful and successful in finding just what we want for our last 3 cars. Service, while not necessary more than once or twice, was done efficiently and in short time.

My experience started via the internet. Rachel was very helpful and prompt in replying to my questions per e-mails and phone calls. Always responded promptly and called back in timely matter. She was always helpful and positive for I did bomb-bard her with many emails, asking many questions. When we finally made it to the dealership in person, Rachel came out and greeted us promptly. Couldn't ask for a better salesman than Todd. We followed his from his previous location. Todd is top notch and for that reason we refer all family members and several other friends to Todd at Parkway. The facility is outstanding.
