Unfortunately, Parkway didn't have the exact vehicle my mom wanted with all the options (2016 Jeep Cherokee Latitude). I had my parents come from S.W. Michigan to buy a vehicle and try to get a better deal. While we walked the parking lot looking at vehicles, we weren't hawked by desperate salesmen. This was nice because it allowed us to look around and compare vehicles. When it came time to ask for a test drive, we checked in at the front desk and were greeted within 5 minutes. This car buying experience was by far the best experience I've ever seen and it was something we still talk about a week later. I feel bad for those who had a bad experience but trust me when I say that Parkway isn't all that bad. I've bought multiple vehicles and even some when I lived in Las Vegas. These guys know how to make people walk away satisfied. Props to you Parkway!

My wife and I had the best experience ever with doing business with Joe . It was a very busy day when we went in shopping for a new car. Joe took us out to see the fleet of cars and made sure that the 300 Chrysler we were interested in was comfortable for my wife who is only 4ft.8 inches.
