One of the worst landlords I've had to deal with. Reading the reviews I'm glad I'm not being harsh or misunderstanding. She is a hateful person who shouldn't be dealing with people trying to start a life. I hope the property managers are made aware of this some day soon.

Cathy is great and she is very willing to work with you. Armando and Arnaldo are also great and very willing to help you if you need it with the apartment. No fire extinguisher, the faucets clog, walls are thin but not paper thin, and be careful with the tap water it sometimes comes out cloudy( I sadly drank some unknowingly and got sick).

I went to this place to inquire for a rental unit, I walked in the leasing office, This older lady name Kathy was on the phone, she looked at me and gave me de index finger, like saying one moment, second, minute, whatever, I sat there while she was laughing and talking to the other person on the phone, finally she hangs up and tells me how can I help you.
