Right from the start horrible experience with the front desk staff. If that is the welcoming you get when you walk through a door it usually says it all going forward with everything else. I would be fired if I welcomed my guest like those two did. Very unprofessional!!! You should update your website to include mask must be worn at all times while in office. they are sending bills without explaining the reason. When you call no body for billing answers. They are thieves. Don’t go. They are lousy rats that want to take your money away.
This office handily fails at the basics of management or customer service. I happened to see them while I was in the shopping center and they had some kind of discounted rate for a cleaning, so I signed up online. RecommendedDr. Lombardi is the best dentist I’ve ever been to she’s calm kind considerate never hurt me once great dental assistant as well they always made sure I was comfortable covered me with a blanket because I was cold the place is clean the prices are good I recommend them to everyone that has a fear of going to the dentist they’ll take good care of you
