I was prescribed medicine in the ER for a serious medical issue at Randallia on State. They called me after my tests came back and said they would fill my prescription at my local pharmacy. It was never filled. I called them, got put on hold for 30 minutes and no one ever got to me. I called again a day later, got put on hold and then they said "Can we have someone call you later?" with my suspicion no one will call me. I am sick of this. I just want my meds so I can start treating my issues.

Recommendedlove the hospital staff but the billing department sucks. i have had problems with my insurance(which is good,) because of coding. when you call the billing department they tell you they will take care of it but they don't. so I end up paying out of my pocket when my insurance would pay but coded wrong. The hospital gives great service but the billing department just tells you whatever to get you off the phone and then does nothing
