Sat in the er for 4 hrs. Yesterday with my son. All the nurses and 2 PAs. Kept coming in and letting us know what was going on. Lab and x-ray was very quick and friendly. PA Geoffrey was excellent. He needs recognized!
This "hospital" is ALL for profit and NOT for you! Not only do they give mediocre customer service they sent my bill to collections in a very short amount of time. The collection agent called me and lied to me multiple times and was extremely disrespectful (Helvey & Associates). They harassed me and then sent a $112 bill to my credit report. All because Parkview wants their $ and they want it NOW!
The physician assistant that was on call was so nice and caring.
I had the best team of health care personnel at Parkview. ONE and Dr. Pritchard did a phenomenal job.
IT'S a awesome place to be at to get help for every need physical mentally and emotionally and spiritually and the nurses and doctors there are awesome wonderful and great caring and loving people.. I would recommend anyone. That needs help ..to Go ..
The pre op nurse was excellent, the surgical staff was awesome and so patient...but the post op staff was rude and very demanding and the nurse was upset that I wanted to drink all my sprite because she wanted to throw away the can
