They're OB dept is AMAZING!!!! Such sweet girls there!
Our experience with the Orthopedics dept was great. Some frustration on arriving 1/2 hour early for xrays, Guest Services said there was no order, but then it turned up. The representative needed to actually open the window & failed to do so. Our appt was delayed by over an hour and a half due to that. Once the new xrays were done, things progressed rapidly from there. Dr Grothaus & his staff were very efficient & caring. I'll continue to use this hospital ER. It's convenient & we've gotten good care there.
Wound care is horrible I don’t care to be there and as far as I am concerned I don’t think my toe is that bad.
I have just one suggestion, when people come to the receptionist in the back of the Hospital, they need to have a place to sit down. Some people might be in pain, and cant stand for long periods of time. Thank you.
I thought my experience with this hospital was extremely helpful. The staff was very polite and knowledgeable, they were helpful from the time we walked in until the time we walked out. Thank you for the professional way you handled yourselves. I would not hesitate to go here again if I needed to. I would also recommend this hospital to anyone who was looking for one.
