Just horrible… I will not come back… staff was very rude and unfriendly….
My daughter has been a patient since December 9th. She started out in ICU. She is now on a med surg floor. She's had 2 surgeries. Her care has been slow for most of the time. The nurses are understaffed. They do not staff according to acuity. They staff by the number of patients, regardless of the care they need. This has been a problem for years. She will be transferred to another part of the hospital in a few days. Unfortunately, I do not see the level of care improving with the move. I really hope that some day they will ... read more
