Horrible customer service! Was lectured about paying my bill, taking care of my responsibilities, etc. Before i explained i was calling about a bill in my ex stepdaughters bill. Not my kid, not my bill!! Find her mother, lecture her about taking care of her kids, while youre at it, lecture her about insurance fraud!!!! She wasnt covered at time of service.
The ER & Heart Insitute were absolute professionals. All of the employees from House Keeping to Aides and RN's were welcoming and friendly. The best care available for a bad event...
