I love this hospital! I have received nothing but excellent care here :-)
We had our baby girl here and the staff was more than accommodating. We did not have a single bad experience. All of our visitors had nice things to say about what they had seen from the staff as well and said they are coming here if they find themselves pregnant. Fantastic job Becky, Brandy, Nicole, Diana, and everyone else that helped us in making sure our baby girl was healthy and cared for! We will never forget this is one of the best experiences of our lives, under the circumstances. God bless
After inept care from a Lutheran system doctor that almost cost me my life, we switched all of our healthcare over to Parkview. All of it. Pediatrician, OB, specialists, everything. It was a huge pain but worth it. And now???? Seriously?!?!? Dropping United in a big fat hissy fit?!?!? So now I have to either trust my health to Lutheran (who I don't trust and have had so many bad experiences with) or pay way too much in out of network costs?. I'm so disgusted right now.
The wait was ridicules. Short staffed at the valet parking. Sat in there for over 3 hours to talk to the doc for 10 min. This is bullshit, We were there for a 9 month old,who waited so long she was hungry and fussy,instead of checking on us or giving us an apoximent time they just shut the door,so they didn't have to hear her cry,and the room was nasty dirty with shit all over the floor. Needless to say I will not be returning ever,I would rather die,then wait there to die!!!
