I absoulutly LOVE living here. The staff is so nice and has always been there anytime I had a question or needed anything. Everything smells really good and is always super clean. Lol that part is my fav :)
I've really enjoyed my time living at Parkside. The staff, especially Rocio, are great. Always impressed by Rocio's quick responses - she's super helpful!!

We moved one month ago from Toronto to Fort Worth and we feel that we couldn't find a better place to live with our twins. Beautiful neighbourhood, shops and restaurants really close. The staff is really friendly and always ready to help (principally Rocio, the person who help us with our moved, sooo nice). The units are modern and carefully attended. All the amenities and the pool are amazing. When we arrived we found everything really clean and in perfect condition. We really recommend this place to live.
Great place to live. Staff, especially Rocio, was great during my search, leasing and move in. I am impressed with the apartment and the grounds. I would highly recommend to anyone moving to this side of town.
Best location on 7th street as you have the park right next to it. The office staff is awesome and the maintenance team is great and helpful. You would think that it's noisy with all the traffic from the restaurants but not at all , great , fun atmosphere all around.
So7 Urban Apartments is a great place to live for a multitude of reasons! The apartments themselves are fantastic, the amenities available are great, the staff is friendly and helpful and the location in Fort Worth doesn't get any better! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to live nearby W 7th and downtown Fort Worth!
