Place to live I lived In Parkside La Palma for 10 years and we loved it here. We have a very nice professional Manager Paula she’s on top of everything. We do have the place call home.

Nice Grounds!!! Walked the grounds and I loved it, the Manager is very Courteous and professional she showed me the apartment and Inlove how clean they are!!!

Community The Community is always clean. The manager Paola is very friendly. Repairs are done on a timely manner. I like Parkside la Palma.

Clean and quiet I'm looking for an apartment home. I stop by to visit the property and see her apartments although they are out of my budget this apartments are Nice and Clean with a beutiful landscaping area

Great place to live! I lived here for 1 year 1/2 and the complex was great! Never had any issues with neighbors or noise. Paola the manager from the start was awesome! She helped us through the application process and was attentive to whatever we needed! She is great! Property is clean and maintenance is prompt in fixing! Great experience!
