Very good attention. Recently the fix our bath tub, they put a very nice floor of wood. And a new door too. Im very gratefully with the Manager Paola is very very friendly and help us in everything about of our aparment. THANKS. I recomende the. Parside La palma apartments.
Awful management Always had trouble with other neighbors because they would block my garage door and when I would tell the Paola she wouldn't care and instead of taking care of the problem she would lash out on me and blame me. Whenever there was a problem she always said she was on vacation and could not solve it therefore to stop calling her and interrupting her vacation.
It could be better. I have lived here for a couple of years now & overall its a great place to live. The manager is friendly, the complex is very clean and they always keep it up to date. If you have a problem the come and fix it as soon as possible. The only problem is with the noise of a neighbors dog who they let bark ALL DAY !!!! and it is very overwhelming!! It’s like the owners have no respect for the people in the surrounding areas.
Don't be fooled This is a nice place to live, at first. Every year you renew your lease the rent goes up but the apartment slowly begins to deteriorate. The manager shuts off the water for hours without warning sometimes and won't let you know if the garage gate will not be working that day, making you go all the way around to the other exit. It's pet friendly but your neighbors will complain about your pet, even if their dog barks ALL DAY AND NIGHT. In the summer there are random maggots, termites and large roaches coming i... read more

Nice place/ Outstanding service I’m very happy I made the decision to rent an apt here for my son. He is moving from New York to attend college and Paolo the manager has helped in every way to make this big move go smoothly for us. She kept me informed and walked me through the application process and was extremely thorough when doing the lease with me...making sure I understood all the details and helping me set up my online payment account. Maria Rico 66 Excelent property!! Great management! I am beyond happy living here. 12 years of excellence, Manager very helpfull and kind. She fixes stuff that need to be fix. Repaired our bathroom bathtub. Fixed our carpet and many more things. Very great full that is it pet friendly over all excellent community to live in!
