Great experience! I've been coming to Parkside for over 3 years. Wonderful office staff, hygienists are very professional and friendly. Assistants also do a fantastic job! Love Dr. Lopez....she talked me through my care plan and answered all of my questions.

Please don't go here. I and many of my family and friends have had a terrible experience here. They put five crowns in and I don't even know if I needed them. 2 have fallen out multiple times and the refuse to see me anymore. Charged my in laws for something they said insurance would pay for. A friend and her husband went there and their teeth ave never been the same. The rep that called me regarding my last crown falling out was rude. They do not care about their patients. They care about making money.
Horrible charge for things multiple times give recommendations for coming bimonthly then charge you for not coming monthly I owe them $2,000 for charges this year and I haven't even been there in over 2 years and good luck trying to get a straight answer from anyone bunch of liars and thieves I hope that place burns down
I am in tears over this place. I called to make an appt and asked how much will 20% be for an exam. My insurance covers 80%. They told me my 1st appt is covered 100%. I asked to confirm that they said yes 100%. I said are you sure, once again , yes. Monday they called to confirm my appt. I again asked about my appt being covered 100% she said let me check then said yes, i said for sure, once again a yes.........would you believe it wasnt covered 100%, go figure! ! Had a card that was mailed to me for a cleaning and xrays for $50.00. I went to the appointment and they did the xrays and checked all my teeth, never did clean them. The Dr. came in and recommended that I have quite a bit of work done. I told them I would get back to them. Meanwhile they billed my insurance Co for over $300.00 when the whole service was only to cost $50.00 total. I have reported them for insurance fraud.
Told me I needed a crown asap and wouldn't let me leave without signing documents. I felt very pressured and felt like they were unprofessional about it. Got a second opinion from another dentist and they said no crown needed and found a cavity that Parkside overlooked. Further, Parkside actually told me that if I drank water from my refrigerator door it has no flouride in it. I got a second opinion on that too and guess what, wrong again Parkside. Google that one for yourself. Stay away from this terrible dentist office!
